What does Digital Literacy Consultants do?
We are a Zambian technology and education company that delivers digital skills training, supplies technology devices to schools and institutions, develops AI learning platforms and digital content, installs school digital labs, produces branded digital literacy merchandise, and runs AI and technology workshops across Zambia.
When was the company founded?
Digital Literacy Consultants was registered as a business name in 2023 and incorporated as a Private Company Limited by Shares on 9 January 2026 under the Companies Act of Zambia.
Where are you located?
We are based in Lusaka, Zambia, at Off Alick Nkhata Road, House No. B1/1/23, Kalingalinga. We serve schools, institutions, and organisations across the country.
Do you only serve schools?
No. While schools are a major focus, we also work with government institutions, private companies, NGOs, youth and entrepreneurs, and individual professionals. Our programs are tailored to each audience.
Training & Programs
What training programs do you offer?
We offer six training areas: Artificial Intelligence literacy, digital productivity tools, coding fundamentals, content creation using AI tools, digital entrepreneurship, and cybersecurity awareness. Programs are available for students, teachers, professionals, corporate teams, and government staff.
Do I need any prior tech experience to attend?
No. Our programs are designed for all levels — from complete beginners to those looking to advance their skills. We tailor the content and pace to each audience.
Can training be delivered at our location?
Yes. We offer in-person workshops at your school, office, or institution, as well as online training via video conference and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Do you provide certificates after training?
Yes. Participants who complete our training programs receive a certificate of completion from Digital Literacy Consultants.

What equipment do you supply?
We supply laptops, desktop computers, tablets, projectors, smart classroom equipment, and educational learning devices — all configured specifically for learning environments and pre-installed with educational software.
How long does it take to install a school digital lab?
The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the lab. After assessing your space and requirements, we provide a clear schedule. Most school labs are fully installed and handed over within 2–4 weeks of equipment delivery.
Do you provide maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and support contracts that include regular equipment checks, software updates, technical support, and annual lab health checks.
Can you help with bulk orders for schools?
Absolutely. We specialise in bulk orders for schools and institutions, offering educational pricing and volume discounts to maximise your technology budget.
