Digital Skills Trainer
Deliver digital skills and AI literacy training programs to schools, institutions, and corporate clients. You'll prepare lesson plans, lead workshops, and assess learner progress.
Requirements
- Strong digital literacy and AI proficiency
- Teaching or training experience (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable with public speaking and group facilitation
IT Support & Lab Technician
Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment for school digital labs. You'll also provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience with hardware setup and networking
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence (travel to client sites)
Content Developer — Digital Learning
Create engaging digital learning content — interactive lessons, AI learning modules, and educational materials for our platforms. You'll work closely with trainers and subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- Experience creating educational or digital content
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Strong writing and visual design sensibility
- Portfolio of past work preferred
Sales & Partnerships Officer
Build relationships with schools, government institutions, and corporate clients. You'll identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and help us expand our reach across Zambia.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B or institutional sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the education or technology sector
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets
